Records an event on a form that a lead was asked to complete, such as the form being submitted. The node id says which form in the journey the event belongs to, and the event data holds the submitted values as text, up to 20000 characters. The state is a short code naming what happened, with submitted being the one the platform sets. Rows are appended, so a form filled in more than once produces more than one row and the latest state is the newest row rather than an update of an existing one.
