Form-submit action that logs the submission for debugging and otherwise does nothing. Registered under the XML action alias "logAction". Intended for diagnosing form submissions on an asset type without side effects: it writes a log line and returns no view, so rendering falls through to whatever view the asset would otherwise use. Requires no privilege, so it can be invoked by any user, including anonymous.
