IDP metric that counts failed or successful login attempts per user within a rolling time window, for use as a condition in brute-force and account-abuse detection rules. Tracks login timestamps in memory, keyed by username, and evaluates to the number of matching login events (failed or successful, depending on how the metric is configured) still within the configured interval. Failed attempts are identified from the request attribute set by KademiSecurityManager; successful ones from the currently authenticated profile.
