IDP condition that looks up the current value of a named metric defined on the policy's Metrics tab, for use as one side of a CompareIDPExpression or similar comparison. Evaluation simply delegates to the named IDPMetric's own eval, returning null if no metric with that name is configured on the policy. requiresAuth mirrors the referenced metric, which determines whether the enclosing rule is checked before or after authorisation.
