Payment provider that completes a purchase without collecting any online payment details, generating an invoice instead of charging a card. Registered under the instance ID manpayment, it turns both one-off and recurring purchases into invoices raised through InvoicingService, rather than routing payment to a gateway. Recurring purchases are recorded as a RecurringTransaction against a manual PaymentTransaction; each scheduled token payment on that transaction is completed immediately and raises a further invoice using the recurring transaction's configured invoice number and description expressions.
