Measured usage for a single usage factor over the license period. Wraps the raw measured value alongside the UsageFactor it was measured for, and exposes the value after the factor's scale factor has been applied. Added to a MetricUsageDataList by KademiSubscriptionManager as it reads each usage factor's data series.
