IDP action that runs a list of child actions in order, for combining several side effects or checks into one action slot on a rule. When run during filter chain evaluation, every child action is invoked in turn regardless of individual results, and the combined result is false (stop processing) if any child returned false. When run after authorisation, the first child to return a non-null false result short-circuits the remaining children and is returned immediately, otherwise the last non-null result seen is returned.
