Runs a fixed set of next steps, each given the same input. Every step in nextSteps is executed in turn against the same row values, useful for feeding one input to several independent branches of a pipeline. Execution stops early if the pipeline is cancelled between steps. Setting disableEvents suppresses platform events for the duration of this step's execution across all of its child steps.
