Read-only view of a single points debit (points spent or otherwise deducted) for display in a participant's own rewards summary. Wraps a PointsDebit entity, copying out just the fields a "my rewards" page needs: when the points were used, how many, and why. Produced by MyRewardInfo.getMyPointDebits and consumed by the rewards views; it is not persisted itself.
