Read-only view of a single RewardEntry (a non-points incentive such as a gift voucher or a prize draw entry) for display in a participant's own rewards summary. Wraps a RewardEntry entity, exposing just the date it was awarded and the reason it was granted. Produced by MyRewardInfo.getMyEntries and consumed by the rewards views; it is not persisted itself.
