Wraps a reference to the running pipeline and the next step in it, so a pipeline script can trigger the next step itself instead of relying on the pipeline to advance automatically. An instance of this class is injected into row-processing scripts under the variable name "nextStep". Calling its exec method runs the wrapped step immediately, passing through any arguments the script supplies.

Runs the wrapped next step immediately, passing the given arguments through to it. Does nothing, other than recording an informational message on the pipeline, if the pipeline has already been cancelled.
