Submits documents to the OCR service for scanning and dispatches ScanJobEvent when a scan completes or fails. A single OCRManager is registered per server and is the OCRListener callback target for the underlying OCRService. It hands off a document's content to the OCR engine, tracks which organisation's root folder submitted each job, and, when the engine reports a result, fires a ScanJobEvent through the platform's trigger and funnel event system so listeners can react to the completed or failed scan.

scanToTable(String hash)

Returns: String

Looks up the document previously stored under the given content hash and submits it to the OCR service for scanning. This is expensive: it performs a blob store read followed by a call out to the OCR engine.

scanToTable(InputStream is)

Returns: String

Submits the given document content to the OCR service for scanning, recording the generated job id against the current root folder so the eventual result can be matched back to the requesting organisation. This is expensive: it dispatches a call to the external OCR engine and does not wait for the result.
