Progress notification passed to the callback supplied to SearchManager's reindex methods, reported once for each document written to the new index. Carries the local index name being rebuilt, a running count of documents processed so far for that index, and the AppIndexer that produced the document, so callers can show reindexing progress or log activity per indexer.
