Module completion statistics for the current user's primary organisation, the organisation that the user's primary membership belongs to, optionally scoped to a single program, course or module. Instances are built with a constructor matching the scope required, from no scope at all up to a specific module, and are typically obtained from a ProgramFolder, CourseFolder or ModuleFolder via getOrgModuleStats. The module lists are computed on first access and cached on the instance for the rest of its lifetime.
