Fired when a page or other resource within a website is requested, so a funnel can advance a lead based on the pages a visitor views. Raised by FunnelManager for a Milton GetEvent on any resource within a website's root folder, provided the funnels app is active for that website. It triggers PageViewedGoal. Since the request may or may not be from a signed-in profile, getLeadProfile can return null and getRelatedLead is always null, since this event is not yet tied to a specific lead.
