IDP condition that matches the request path against any combination of a prefix list, a suffix list and a contained-text list, optionally restricted to a specific HTTP method. If a method is configured, the request method must match it first; when a method matches and no path lists are configured, the expression is immediately true. Otherwise the path is checked in turn against each configured prefix, suffix and contained-text value, evaluating to true as soon as any one of them matches, and false if none do.
