Pipeline step that saves the incoming rows to the table upload service and passes the resulting table's hash and the table itself on to the next step. The incoming argument must be either a List of rows or an InputStream of raw data - individual rows passed one at a time are not supported, unlike most other pipeline steps. Configured in pipeline XML as PersistAsTable.
