Records that a person was tagged into a post, which is how mentions in a comment, question or reply are tracked. One row is created per tagged profile per post, and it carries the optional message that accompanied the mention. Tags are looked up by post, or by post within the current organisation, and are deleted outright rather than soft deleted.
