Fired when a profile is tagged in a forum post or comment. Raised by CommentService.tag() once the tag is persisted, for trigger and automation listeners keyed on the postTagReceived event id. Trigger item 1 is the id of the website the tagged post belongs to. Trigger item 2 is the free-text comment left with the tag, if any. Trigger items 3 to 5 are unused. Event ID: postTagReceived
