Funnel automation trigger that fires when a profile's details are updated, optionally filtered by website and by whether the profile now has a photo and/or a full name. The website, hasImage and hasFullName fields are all optional; when a filter is null it is not checked, so a trigger with no filters set matches any profile update. Registered under the trigger type id "profileUpdatedTrigger" via ProfileUpdatedFunnelTriggerType, and evaluated against ProfileUpdatedEvent events.
