Pipeline step that runs a saved query or an index query and streams its results to the next step, one column header row followed by the data rows. The query is identified by queryName: a plain name looks up a saved Table via QueryManager, while a name prefixed with "iq:" runs an index query by delegating to the JS-side indexQueryManager, using the pipeline's fromDate and toDate attributes to bound the results. Configured in pipeline XML as QueryExport.
