Fired when a participant gets close to the next recognition level and the settle period elapses without them reaching it or dropping back. "Close to" means within the configured percentage of the next level's threshold. Like RecognitionEvent, a JS event listener typically translates this into a RepoAppFunnelEvent via eventManager.goalAchieved so it can drive journeys, automations and event listeners.
