Fired when a RecognitionAward is made, ie a participant reaches a recognition level or otherwise earns points. A JS event listener typically translates this into a RepoAppFunnelEvent via eventManager.goalAchieved so it can drive journeys, automations and event listeners. It also implements IndexedItemUpdatedEvent so the award is picked up by the search index, and carries the current Hibernate transaction so listeners can act within it.
