Fired when a participant's achieved recognition level has settled, ie the settle period elapsed and they are still at a level. This is deliberately distinct from RecognitionEvent, which fires once per award and so fires several times when a participant passes through multiple levels in a single recalculation. Only one of these fires, for the level they settled on. Like RecognitionEvent, a JS event listener typically translates this into a RepoAppFunnelEvent via eventManager.goalAchieved so it can drive journeys, automations and event listeners.
