Automation trigger which fires when a participant's achieved recognition level has settled. Matches the RecognitionLevelAchievedEvent. Unlike the plain "Recognition" trigger, which fires once per award and so fires several times when several levels are passed through in one recalculation, this fires once for the level the participant settled on.
