Points allocation rule that awards points based on a participant's current level within a recognition topic. Looks up the participant's level status for the configured topic, reads a per-level custom field as a multiplier, and multiplies the sales record's amount by it; can be restricted to sales records matching a set of category codes. Registered as a built-in PointsRuleType (id "recog-levels-rule") that account admins can select when configuring a points allocation source.
