One member's nomination of another member for a recognition badge, awaiting a decision from an approver. The nomination records who was nominated, which badge for, who nominated them and why. It stays pending until it is processed, at which point the result code is set to a for accepted or r for rejected and the approver and processing date are stamped on it. When a nomination is accepted the resulting RecognitionAward is linked back through the awarded property. Note that findForOrg deliberately returns only nominations with no result code, ie those still waiting to be dealt with.
