A funnel action that removes an organisation type from an organisation associated with the lead when the node is entered. If no locate org type is configured, the org type is removed from the organisation of the lead's profile's primary membership. If a locate org type is configured, it is removed from every distinct organisation the lead's profile has a membership in that currently carries that locate org type. Removal fires an index-update event for each affected organisation.
