Listens for platform events and passes each one on to the repository apps active for the relevant website or organisation. Three event kinds are captured: TriggerEvent, covering all the automation triggers; ResourceEvent, fired when a repository resource is accessed or changed (delete, access, move, put, new folder and similar); and CommonAppEvent, a general purpose app event. For each matching event it resolves the current root folder and forwards the event to every active repository app's fireEvent method.
