Grants full management of reporting artifacts - index queries, dashboards and kcodes - regardless of who created them. Applies to the same resources as ReportRunnerRole so it can be granted on its own, but also carries write access, letting a holder create, edit and delete reporting artifacts rather than just view them. Note that this role does not give access to items whose access is limited to "personal": those remain visible only to their owner. See canAccessReportingRecord in the KReporting app.
