Adapts a repository app to the Theme interface, letting a repository app be selected and rendered as a website theme. Instances wrap a single RepositoryApp and delegate name and title lookups to it. All content and editor rendering falls back to the platform's shared component templater and the keditor editor, since a repository app does not supply its own templating engine.
