Fired whenever a sales data record is created, updated or deleted, so funnels can react to sales activity. Carries the affected sales data record, an identifying trigger string, and whether the change is a deletion. Raised by SalesDataApp and DataSeriesManager after a sales data record is saved or removed, and always triggers the data-series-value goal.
