Grants a sales manager read-write access to lead management resources across their team, without requiring the lead or task to be assigned to them personally. Applies to leads, tasks and other lead manager resources whose team is within the acting group's organisation scope, plus team-less resources such as the analytics page, and read access to the user's own email folders. Registered under the name FunnelApp.ROLE_SALES_MANAGER ("SalesManager"), and implicitly allows both SalesRole and SalesTeamViewerRole so granting this role alone is sufficient.
