Fired when a cart's fulfilment status changes, eg to shipped or delivered. Raised by CartManager.setFulfillmentStatus whenever the status set on a cart differs from its current one. It is a funnel event, so it can begin or advance a journey aimed at the profile who placed the order, and its toProps carries urns for the cart and website so the change can be described to an LLM or passed to an external system.
