Filters sales and product data by supplier, rather than granting access to screens. Every organisation the current user holds this role on is treated as a supplier, and the user is only shown sales data for products sold by those organisations. Similar in spirit to ReportingAccessRole, but scoped to product suppliers rather than controlling screen access; see issue 12080 for background. This role never applies directly to a resource, it is checked as a data filter by the reporting code that reads it.
