Import-pipeline source provider that reads RewardQuizSubmission survey submissions for reporting or export. Registered under the provider id "survey". Supports filtering the source query by startDate, finishDate and rewardNames criteria parameters, ordering results by submission date. Insert, update, delete, updateOrInsert and getTableFields are not implemented and throw UnsupportedOperationException, so this provider can only be used as a read-only reporting source, not for importing data.
