Imports incoming tabular data through a saved table uploader and field mapping, passing the resulting async job to the next step. The table uploader and the field mapping are both looked up by name from the table upload manager when the step runs, so this step is only configured with their names, not the objects themselves. The step fails the pipeline if either name cannot be resolved to a saved uploader or mapping.
