Fired when a lead management Task is completed, so funnel goals such as TaskCompleteGoal and TaskGoal can advance a lead through a funnel based on which outcome was recorded. Created by LeadManager.completeTask (and by LeadManFormsApp for a task completed without a request) and passed to the FunnelManager, carrying the request parameters and uploaded files from the completion form together with the outcome value.
