Renders a Velocity template into the pipeline output, making the pipeline's attributes and the incoming arguments available to it as data model variables. This is typically used as a terminal step to generate a result page reporting the outcome of the pipeline, such as a summary that includes any warnings or failures the pipeline has accumulated.
