Renders a Velocity template to HTML and writes the result to the pipeline output as the terminal response content. The template's data model is given the pipeline itself, the current website, and the arguments passed into this step, so it can render a summary or report of what the pipeline did. Output is buffered internally during exec and only copied to the pipeline's output stream once the pipeline finishes, with the result content type set to text/html.
