Records one saved version of a content resource, linking it to the version that came before it. Each row is identified by its modHash, a composite key built from the resource hash, the modified date and the id of the profile that made the change. The modHash is not the content hash of the resource; getResourceHash carries that. Following getPreviousModHash from one row to the next walks the version history backwards.
