Fired when a profile casts a vote on a post or comment. The profile in context is the voter, not the recipient of the vote - see VoteReceivedEvent for the recipient's side. Raised by CommentService.vote() alongside VoteReceivedEvent. Trigger item 1 is the id of the website the voted-on post belongs to. Trigger item 2 is the vote's signed count (usually +1 or -1). Trigger items 3 to 5 are unused. Event ID: voted
