Funnel trigger fired when a lead makes or receives a vote (for example on a forum post), optionally scoped to a specific website and to a range of the lead's total vote count. Configured to match either votes made by the lead or votes received by the lead, selected by the madeOrReceived flag, plus optional minimum and maximum bounds checked against the lead's total votes made or received.
