Returns true when the requested host and the client IP match a website IP whitelist that is active right now. This is for the global policy. Accounts manage their own whitelists on the security tab of the manage-website screen, each one covering that website for a set of addresses over a short window. This expression only reports whether the incoming request matches one of them - what an allowed request then gets is whatever action the global policy pairs it with. It takes no configuration, since everything it matches on comes from the records themselves.
