Integration with Stripe in Kademi is managed through Shuttle.

The set up of a Shuttle integration follows a similar process for all payment providers.

The below tutorial shows how to set up a Shuttle integration, with Braintree as the payment provider:

Shuttle integration

If you don't already have a Stripe account set up, create one by going to dashboard.stripe.com/register.

By default, your account will be a test account.

1 To set up the Stripe integration in Kademi, start by installing the Shuttle application in the relevant website.

2 Once the application is installed, you will have a Shuttle menu item available. Go to Products & Stores, then Shuttle, and click on the settings cog to configure your integration.

3 Configure your company details in the Shuttle form. If you are unsure of how to do this, please refer to the Shuttle tutorial mentioned above.

4 Click Connect to set up your payment Gateway. When you select Stripe, you will be asked to log in to your account.

5 A pop up will appear asking you to login. If you are just testing the integration, you can choose to Skip this form.

Otherwise, click Connect, and you will be asked to provide business and personal details to finish setting up your account.

6 Once your account is connected, go back to the Kademi dashboard, where you should see Status and Payments Ready both have a tick.

7 You can then test the integration by placing an order in your site.

You will be redirected to Shuttle to make payment.

8 Complete the order using test details. Card numbers to test with can be found here.

9 Once the payment has been processed, it will display in your Stripe account.
