This blog article is going to teach you how to use the Field Config screen on the KConfirmDetails page
To reach the field config, First you need to go to the KConfirmDetails settings in the admin and then go to this tab
The purpose of this settings page is to allow you to configure what fields a user can update when confirming their details
With this first section, You can configure the ability to Show or Hide each of the personal details fields
As an example I have configured it like so
I have set Email to be called "Contact Address", I am hiding the First Name field and then calling Surname "Last Name"
It should appear as so in the website when you go to confirm details
As you can see, First Name is hidden and Contact Address and Last Name are displayed
Additional configuration options also exist for Birth Date, User ID and you can display/hide Extra Fields (These are configured on the specific groups that entail them)
As well as allowing the user to pick an Organisation to an Org Type with a Membership Group
The last part of this screen allows you to configure the Profile Address Fields, Which ones to display and the labeling used likewise as above with the rest
Using the Dropdown where it says "Address fields" you can select which fields to display, If nothing is selected then all the fields will display as a default
You can also make the Address entry as Mandatory with the checkbox below where you enable the ability to show address fields
