If you've built a reporting dashboard in the Kademi admin, chances are you'd like your partners to see it too. Not buried in an admin-only screen, but right on the website pages they already visit.
Good news: Kademi includes a Reporting Dashboard component that lets you embed any existing dashboard directly onto a website page in just a few clicks.
Here's how to set it up.
What is the Reporting Dashboard component
The Reporting Dashboard component is a page element you can add through the Page Editor. Once placed, it renders any dashboard you've already built in the admin — widgets, charts, and all — directly on a live website page, pulling data in real time.
A quick note on roles:
- Adding the component is done by an admin or someone with website editing access.
- Viewing the dashboard on the front end requires the visitor to have reportingAccess. For details on setting this up, refer to the guide on giving users access to the reporting site.
Adding the Component
Step 1 — Open the Page in the Editor, find "Reporting Dashboard" Component in Reporting Category
Go to the page where the dashboard should appear and open it in the Page Editor.
Click the + icon at the spot in the layout where you want it placed.
In the component picker, set the Category filter to Reporting. The component you're looking for is called Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2 — Pick the Dashboard
Once added, the component won't show anything yet — just a message: "Please select a dashboard name." That's expected.
Click the settings icon to open Reporting Dashboard Settings.

Use the Dashboard dropdown to search and select the one you want to embed — this is the same dashboard you've already configured with the metrics your customers care about.

Step 3 — Save changes
Save the settings, then publish the page.
That's it — the dashboard is now live on that page, pulling data in real time.

Why this matters
Embedding dashboards this way gives you more flexibility with far less overhead:
- No backend changes required — the component works with dashboards you've already built in the admin.
- Production-ready updates — adjust widgets or metrics in the admin dashboard, and the live page updates automatically.
It's a simple way to turn reporting data that used to live only in the admin into something your partners can actually use.
Ready to bring reporting to your partner-facing pages?
If you've already set up dashboards in Kademi's Reporting section, this component is a natural next step — no extra setup needed on the dashboard side, just a few clicks in the Page Editor.
