Task

The Task node is placed between other nodes and presents an awaiting action to the user, Executing a Different Node based on the Interaction of the User

 

Settings

For each Outcome for the Node you will be presented with a list of settings, Each of the Outcomes will be a different button in the UI for the User to click

Title: This is the name that will appear on the Button in the Lead Page

Form Path: When clicking on the button, The information about this task will be sent to the corresponding form path

Fields. Enabling these will allow the user to enter in a value into a corresponding field for being sent to a Form Path

 

Task Definition: Setting this field will change the task being used, We have moved Tasks to their own designated tab

Task Due: This will keep track of how many days until the Task is Due and Notify whoever is assigned

Run at Hour: Setting this will determine at which Hour this Task will run regardless of the buttons checked

Assign to Profile: When this task is reached assign it to the specified profile

Description: The Description to appear in the Task Description

 

Creating a Task Definition

To create a Task Definition to use with the Task Node you have to come over to the new Tasks Tab and click on the + next to Task Definitions

Title: Setting this field will change the name of the entire Task, This is different than the name for the Task Buttons and instead encompasses the entire task

Name: The name of the task for the system to read

Assign to Profile: When this task is reached assign it to the specified profile

Description: The Description to appear in the Task Description

Category: A Task Category for Categorizing Tasks

Tags: A Task Tag for Tagging Tasks
