Base fluent builder for the properties shared by every kind of recognition (level or badge): display title, image, colour, the free-form field1 to field3 values, and points configuration (a fixed amount, a points bucket, a tag, a reason, or a rule type with its own configuration). Subclassed by the level and badge builders, which add their own type-specific properties and a build method. Never obtained directly; use RecognitionManager.newLevelBuilder or RecognitionManager.newBadgeBuilder to get one of the concrete subclasses.
