JSON-serialisable snapshot of a ConfigDelta, used to pass a config item's changes to an app's applyConfig implementation and to render it in the config deployment admin UI. Produced by ConfigDelta.toBean, it carries only the changed property values and the created / deleted / updated state, not the full source and destination ConfigItem objects.
